How to Become a Successful Business Owners and True

In a Business Seminar, My mentor is the famous Mr. Tung Desem Waringin provide enlightenment on how to become successful business owners and true. Here are excerpts:
“One test is the” Business Owner “or” Self-employee “who has the real business is business if we had stayed one year, business was getting bigger or loss, (Can you leave your business for a year or more and when back to find it more profitable and running better than when you left?). How can our business grow with or without us?

According to Robert Kiyosaki to successfully become “Business Owner” is required:
1. control system
2. Ability to lead people. Many people feel that the most important is the products or services. It’s not absolutely true Millions of people can make a burger better than Mc. But only a Mc Donald. Donald has a system that has provided billions of burgers.

I think there are 3 systems necessary to create a powerful company:
1. Human resource systems, including coaching, reward and punishmentnya.
2. The control system (control cash flow, discipline control, financial control, administration, etc.).
3. Marketing system.

System is a sequence of logical work and produce.
To select the right people I think there are three qualities that are needed, namely:
1. Passion (passion and excitement)
2. Integrity (integrity)
3. Skill (ability and skill)
